The Magen David Adom (MDA-Red Star of David) emergency service announced Tuesday that it has signed an agreement to cooperate with the Chemhada company to produce a rabies vaccine for marketing in Israel in light of a worldwide shortage.
Under the agreement, MDA will supply the bio-pharmaceutical company with human plasma rich in antibodies, subject to confirmation from the Health Ministry.
