The State Workers Federation and the Finance Ministry worked out a draft of a collective bargaining agreement for court typists Monday evening. The agreement is expected to end the typists' strike, which began four weeks ago.
Under the agreement, all 750 typists will get a special salary increase of a thousand shekels, which represents a 25 percent pay hike.
