      High Court Reduces Sentence of Drugged Man Who Murdered

      Supreme Court justices decided to substantially ease the punishment of Pavel Dolinsky of Bat Yam, who was convicted of killing his friend and was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment. Judges Salim Jubran, Hanan Meltzer and Yitzhak Amit, decided to reduce the punishment by five years.

      Dolinsky, who was 18 when he committed the deed, killed his friend while he was under the influence of the Turtle drug, which they claimed made him “psychotic and paranoid”.
