One woman was arrested and another was injured by police during the course of clashes that broke out Thursday afternoon in the Samarian Jewish community of Talmon when dozens of Talmon residents turned out to block inspectors who came to enforce the freeze on Jewish building in the area, accompanied by a large force of Border Guards and police. The police issued tickets to all the vehicles that blocked the entrance to the town.

Police dispersed the crowd by force. The injured woman was beaten and thrown on the ground by police and required medical attention.
