In a meeting in Athens Tuesday with officials from EU countries, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority was the only way to arrive at a resolution of the Mideast conflict. Unilateral decisions by either side would not solve anything, Lieberman said.

Regarding Iran, Lieberman said that EU countries needed to make "clear decisions" in order to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons.
