Building inspectors from the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria left the Judean Jewish community of Kiryat Arba late Tuesday morning, after confrontations with residents of the community, who prevented them from confiscating construction equipment in accordance with the freeze on Jewish building announced by the government last week. Local council leader Malachi Levinger talked to the inspectors before they left the scene. After they left, construction activity continued.

Land of Israel activist Itamar Ben-Gvir told Arutz Sheva that the incident should serve as a model for dealing with the inspectors.
