The United States dollar and the Euro were both down against the shekel in early commercial trading on Tuesday. The greenback was trading at NIS 3.782, down .26 percent, while the Euro was down .2 percent at 5.6863 shekels.
The Maof 25 most-widely-held issues on the Tel Aviv Stock exchange started by fluctuating between gains and losses but the overall top 75 stocks were stable at 758.13, up .91 percent. The Real Estate index was up .82 percent at 291.24, following gains on the New York markets on Monday.
