The Regevim movement filed three petitions with the Supreme Court on Monday in an attempt to bring enforcement of building laws in the case of illegal Arab building in a number of places around Israel, including Judea and Samaria. The movement is demanding that the state enforce the law based on the court's ruling that it cannot hide behind the claim of "priorities" where no enforcement has been applied.
Among the places cited in the petition are areas close to Beit El, Migron, Mitzpeh Asaf, Neve Daniel, Taibe and the Yakir Junction.
