The government asked the Supreme Court Sunday afternoon to reject a petition calling on it to force publication of policies determined by the Shamgar Committee on Prisoner Exchanges.
The request to the petition, which was brought by Member of Knesset Yaakov Katz and the Almagor umbrella group of terrorist-victim associations, among others, said there was no cause for the court to get involved.
