Minister Ya'alon Flees to Avoid Tough Questions
A riot broke out in Kiryat Arba Saturday night after the General Security Services told National Union MK Michael Ben-Ari’s Knesset aides, Baruch Marzel and Itamar Ben Gvir, to leave the location where Minister of Strategic Affairs Moshe Ya'alon was expected to address a crowd.
The two parliamentary aides, each carrying signs of protest against the government’s recent order to halt Jewish construction in the area, refused to leave the premises and Ya'alon decided to leave rather than be heckled while speaking.
Marzel told Israel National News that “Ya'alon should realize that if he joins the people chasing the Jews out of our homeland he should look for friends and supporters elsewhere. He proudly voted for the freeze on Jewish construction but is afraid to answer the people’s difficult questions.”
