National Union Chairman MK Yaakov Katz (Ketzaleh) plans to submit a petition to Israel’s High Court of Justice Sunday morning against the prime minister and defense minister, demanding that the Shamgar Commission’s report be revealed to the public in order that there be an educated public debate prior to a government deal to release terrorists.
