Culture and Sports Minister Limor Livnat's remark at a Likud function Thursday night that Israel was working against a "terrible American administration has evoked a number of domestic responses. The Prime Minister's Office issued a statement that said, "the words attributed in the media to Minister Livnat do not represent the position of the prime minister at all."
Member of Knesset Nachman Shai (Kadima) said, "Limor Livnat's words against the American administration prove that the government has two right hands, yet one doesn't know what the other is doing.|
Fellow Kadima Knesset Member Ronit Tirosh said, "Unfortunately, ministers are silent when they should talk and talk when they should be quiet. If the criticism continues, the phrase 'terrible administration' will become clearly correct, but not about the government of the United States."
