Ziv Hospital in Tsfat (Safed) will go on strike Wednesday morning for one hour, between 10:30 and 11:30. The strike is being led by members of the hospital's nursing staff, after a nurse was attacked Tuesday night by a patient. The nurses, and other staff, are demanding police protection from what they say are "ongoing attacks."
During the strike, all operations and patient checks will be suspended. Emergency services will be provided, however.
