The High Court on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit by Magen David Adom against the Education Ministry, which, based on a lower court decision, chose the Natali first aid organization as the responsible group to provide first aid for students in the country's schools.
MDA claimed in its lawsuit that the service given by Natali was inferior, but the court accepted the position of the Ministry, which said that the service and care given by Natali was just as good as MDA's.
