An attorney for striking court typists sent a letter to the manager of the court system on Tuesday in which he warned that the courts are violating the law in their handling of the typists' strike, now in its ninth day.
Attorney Orna Lynn cited the courts for using experts, legal assitants and recordings as substitutes for the typists on a number of occasions.
