Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is considering bringing a 10-month construction freeze in Judea and Samaria to the cabinet for approval as a way of reopening talks with the Palestinian Authority, according to a Monday night report by Channel One government television.
The freeze would not apply in eastern Jerusalem, according to a senior diplomatic source in Jerusalem cited in the report.
