(IsraelNN.com) Chairman Zevulun Orlev of the Bayit Yehudi (Jewish Home - New National Religious Party) Knesset faction said Tuesday that "The construction freeze is inhumane and harms the fabric of life [in Judea and Samaria], including harm to children." Orlev's remarks came as the faction visited the Jewish community of Efrat, south of Jerusalem, to study first hand how problematic is the construction freeze that the government has imposed on Judea and Samaria as a result of international pressure, led by the United States.

Orlev added, "The faction will take all the parliamentary and coalition steps it can to bring the government to remove the freeze."
