"The computer system in Israeli schools is one of the worst in the Western world," said MK Zevulun Orlev Chairman of the Knesset’s Education Committee on Monday, during a hearing on computers in schools.

According to statistics provided by the Education Ministry, the number of students per computer is 12.9, which puts Israel in the bottom third of Western nations.
