Report: Shalit Release Days Away

(IsraelNN.com) The deal to release abducted Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit is entering its final phase, according to a Hamas source quoted Sunday by the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida. The newspaper adds that Shalit will be released following the final round of talks on the list of prisoners that Hamas demands be released.
Similar stories in the course of Shalit's nearly three-and-a-half years of captivity have proven to be false.
