Court Won't Let Olmert, Zaken See Security Information

The Jerusalem District Court on Sunday dismissed a petition by former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and his assistant Shula Zaken demanding to see top-secret security information presented to the court about them.
The court said that in general it would be the one to decide which facts were important for the defendants to see, and that in the current case there was nothing in the information that could aid or hinder the cases against Olmert and Zaken.
