Following an article published yesterday in Ulpan Shishi, Defense Minister Ehud Barak said that the defense establishment will act immediately to ensure that not a single lone soldier will go hungry in the IDF.
Channel 2 reported yesterday that lone soldiers are often left without food on weekends and that many soldiers have become accustomed to going to bed hungry. Minister Barak responded that “there will be no hungry soldiers in the IDF.”
