An Israel Defense Forces unit arrested two Palestinian Authority Arabs on Thursday afternoon on suspicion they threw an incendiary device at an Israeli vehicle as it travelled on the trans-Binyamin highway, west of Neve Tzuf.

No injuries or damage were caused in the incident.
