Farmers jammed an intersection Thursday morning on the Arava Highway as part of a protest over a shortage of foreign workers to help harvest crops.

A tractor convoy slowly crawled down the road, carrying agricultural produce and disrupting traffic along the way to raise public awareness about the farmers' plight.
