Yesha Town Proud of its Anti-Expulsion Soldier Reported: 09:17 AM - Nov/18/09
(IsraelNN.com) Residents of the Jewish community of Kokhav Yaakov, located in northeast Samaria and north of Jerusalem, have distributed a letter in their town expressing pride for one if its soldiers who raised an anti-expulsion banner this week. The soldier is part of the Nachshon battalion and helped unfurl the banner on the roof of their base in the southern Hevron Hills, near the town of Negohot where police and soldiers destroyed two homes and expelled two families. “The IDF was established to define the People of Israel, and we strongly oppose the use of corrupt politics for a military expulsion of Jews from their houses,” the letter stated. “We are proud that one of the soldiers who raised the banner is from our community, and we support him and his comrades as a positive example to other soldiers in the IDF.” ![]() Check out the Chill Zone - Funny, Entertaining Videos © IsraelNN Syndications - This article may not be republished freely.
