The Palestinian Authority will hold an international legal conference on PA terrorists in Israeli prisons for their role in committing or helping to commit terror attacks – and they intend to use the meeting to change the terrorists into "prisoners of war."

The conference will be attended by 40 of the top figures in the international court system, with representatives attending from Spain, Canada, Britain, Ireland, South Africa, Sweden, and others. By changing the status of the terrorists to POWs, the PA would be able to demand more "rights" for the terrorists, according to international treaties such as the Geneva Convention.
