Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said during a Likud faction meeting that "we will create a law that will revolutionize planning and building in Israel – a law which Israel has been waiting for sixty years."
Netanyahu added that "by the end of the year we will approve a plan to establish a national transportation network from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat.
