The Health Ministry reported on Sunday that a 65-year-old man died at Rambam Hospital in Haifa after being diagnosed with the H1N1 swine-flu virus.
The man had other illnesses but the ministry said it could not rule out the role of the virus in the man's death. He is the 46th person to die in Israel from about a hundred times as many who have been diagnosed with the disease. Most victims recover after a few days.
