(IsraelNN.com) Doron Ben-Shlomi, Chairman of the Council of Gush Katif settlers, commended the government for changing the name of the Sela Authority to the Tnufa [Hebrew for “impetus” -- ed.] Authority.

"We hope that behind the cosmetic changing of the name will also come a change in the government's policy vis-a-vis the people of Gush Katif,” he added. “Let us hope that all of the bureaucracy handling the people of Gush Katif will internalize the new impetus and start dealing with the residents' problems with proper seriousness.”
