The Patents, Designs and Trademarks Authority announced the names of the winners in a student essay contest on the subject of patents.
First place was taken by Gadi Shevach Nevo of the Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University, who wrote a paper about what he termed “Patent Trolls” and lawsuits in patent violations.
