    'Compromise' in Lottery Dispute

A 'compromise' appears to have been reached regarding a legal dispute between the Ministry of Finance and the National Lottery. The dispute occurred after the outgoing Treasury Director General said that he never authorized changes to the conditions of a draw that reduces by 30% the chances of winning the lottery.

Under the 'compromise', the Lottery Board will simply submit a formal request for the changes.
