(IsraelNN.com) Government forces from the Civil Administration and Israel Police arrived Wednesday morning to expel residents from two buildings erected at "Kibbutz" Givat Menachem, a new outpost started in the Binyamin region of Samaria.

The designation, "kibbutz" was used by the activists in the hopes that it would stop government forces from trying to evacuate the outpost, since technically the Civil Administration only evacuates outposts, and has no authority over kibbutzim. It is not clear whether the two buildings were demolished during the incident.
