Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad delivered an ultimatum to the United States from the podium in Istanbul Tuesday night while speaking at the 25th Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation (COMCEC) of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
According to the Iranian state-run IRNA news service, Ahmadinejad warned President Barack Obama that he would soon be forced to choose between the Islamic Republic and Israel, in finding a way to negotiate with Iran on curbing its nuclear development activities, saying, "The support of both Israel and Iran can't go hand in hand. No change is made unless great choices are made. We would welcome the changes, and wait for big and correct decisions to be made... We will clasp any hand that is extended sincerely toward us, but changes should be made in practice," he said.
