President Shimon Peres said Tuesday that the world needed to speak out against Iran's threats against Israel "with a clear voice."

Addressing the Brazilian Parliament, Peres added that Israel recognized the rights of Palestinian Arabs to their own state, and called on PA chief Mahmoud Abbas to return to the bargaining table.
