The ZAKA organization, which is on the scene to identify victims of terror attacks and other tragedies, plans to line the road leading to the Knesset with hundreds of body bags on Tuesday as part of a display of the harsh results of accidents for Road Safety Day.

The slogan for the display is "In one of these bags will be the next fatality." The observance is being held against the backdrop of the lowest traffic-death statistics in 23 years during 2008.
