The shekel was mixed in the official exchange rates set by the Bank of Israel on Monday. The United States dollar declined .796 percent in value to NIS 3.741, while the Euro was fixed at 5.6113 shekels, .087 percent lower than Friday's official rate.

The pound sterling rose .303 percent in value to NIS 6.2853.
