The New York Times has revealed that the man who massacred 13 soldiers at the Fort Hood Base in Texas surfed Islamic websites and even exchanged emails with participants in the websites.

Nidal Malik Hasan, who attended mosque regularly, was heard to cry out “Allah Hu Akbar” before setting off on his murderous rampage and was also seen wearing traditional Islamic religious garb on the day he carried out the attack. In spite of the evidence the attack was religiously motivated, the American media continues to ask what were Hasan’s motives.
