Police on Saturday night caught an illegal Arab immigrant who presented them with false Israeli identification papers. Police tried to flag down the individual, who was riding a bicycle, but he refused. He was caught a short time later, when he presented a false Israeli ID card.

Under questioning he admitted that he was a resident of Kalkilye, a Palestinian Authority controlled city next to Kfar Sava whose residents are not Israeli citizens.
