(IsraelNN.com) United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has issued a reprimand to both Israel and Hizbullah over alleged violations of UN Resolution 1701, the agreement which ended the Second Lebanon War. Ban called on Hizbullah to disarm and to stop importing weapons and rockets, and told Israel to stop flights over southern Lebanon and withdraw from the northern village of Ghajar.

Ban also expressed concern over recent rocket attacks on northern Israel and the discovery of weapons in southern Lebanon.
