In an unprecedented move, the Jerusalem Rabbinical Court asked the public's help in locating David Shem Tov, who has been missing for four years, leaving his estranged wife in limbo in divorce proceedings.

Shem Tov disappeared when the proceedings got to the point where they were discussing custody of the couple's daughter. The court has imposed a 12,000  shekel fine because of Shem Tov's failure to come to a divorce hearing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the court at 02 658 2805, to fax 02 651 5499 or to go on the court's website: www.rbc.gov.il
