Report: Abbas Not Running in the PA Elections

(IsraelNN.com) An official Palestinian Authority (PA) source reported today that PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas "insists" he will not run in the upcoming balloting for leadership of the authority.
Abu-Mazen, as Abbas is also known, is expected to make the announcement and explain why in a special address Thursday evening.
