US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in an interview that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has agreed to freeze all construction in the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. Clinton told Al Hurra news that in a meeting with her, Netanayhu agreed to stop all construction and to halt permits for building in “the territories.”

The Prime Minister's bureau has not commented.
