The Canadian embassy has begun representing Israel’s diplomatic and consular interest in Venezuela.

Venezuela broke off diplomatic ties with Israel in January following it's Cast Lead Operation. Venezuela President Hugo Chavez has also expressed his support for Iran's nuclear program.
