Former Justice Minister Professor, Daniel Friedman, says that State Prosecutor Moshe Lador must resign his post for his insurrection against current Justice Minister Yaakov Neeman.
On Tuesday, Lador sent a letter to Neeman harshly criticizing him for his plan to split the post of the Attorney General into two separate positions. Neeman beleives it is not possible that the Attorney General can act as both prosecutor and defender of the government. Friedman says the act of a civil servant overruling an elected official is unacceptable and that Lador must resign.
