Whether or not the recession is over according to the statistics, it seems to be over in the minds of most Israelis. A Neilsen poll released Tuesday says that only 5% of Israelis are overly concerned with whether or not the economy is bad – a radical change from from just six months ago, when 23% said they were primarily concerned with the issue.

Worldwide, 18% of those polled feel the economy is the biggest problem in their countries.
