She said: "We must take care not to hurt the Caucasian community in particular and the immigrant population from Russia in general – an entire group of high-quality and law-abiding people, because of a singe act, gruesome as it may be.” 

She was responding to MK Robert Tivayev, who had told her of the pain caused to the Caucasian community by unfounded rumors that the “Caucasian mob” was behind the murders.
