(IsraelNN.com) The Knesset Committee on Foreign Workers is scheduled to discuss the shortage of foreign workers in agriculture on Tuesday morning.
Farmers have been demonstating in southern Israel for the past few days in protest of bureaucratic hurdles to hiring 600 workers they say are needed for the fall harvest.
