      Rain and Wind to Weaken Tuesday Afternoon


      Occasional rain, accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds, is forecast from the northern border to the northern Negev on Tuesday with a risk of flooding in the Judean desert and Dead Sea regions. High waves and very rough seas are forecast along the Mediterranean coast. The wind and rain are expected to weaken in the afternoon, removing the flood threat.

      Clear to partly cloudy weather is forecast from Wednesday to Friday with a rise in temperature on Wednesday and Friday.
