United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will leave the Arab development conference in Morocco on Tuesday to meet Wednesday with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley said on Monday.

The Cairo stop represents a one-day extension in Secretary Clinton's trip through the Middle East seeking Arab support for the resumption of talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
