Israel is one of the countries being targetted by the Flemish chemical and life science union Essenscia in its campaign to attract foreign investors to research, development and production areas of the bio-tech and bio-med fields in Belgium.
The Flemish trade commission in Belgium's embassy in Israel has hired the services of Israeli public relations firm Update Marketing Communications to advance the idea locally. It has also set up the website http://www.investinflanders.co.il .
