It will be windy Monday evening with occasional rain from the northern border to the northern Negev. Other parts of the Negev will see local dust storms. The Mediterranean Sea will be very rough and flooding is expected in low-lying areas including the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea region.
The wind will weaken Tuesday, with the rain tapering off in the afternoon. The rest of the week is expected to be clear to partly cloudy with rises in temperature on Wednesday and Friday.
